THE CALL FOR creativity

The Creativity Clarion Call interactive workshop empowers educators and organizations to elevate and prioritize creative intelligences, bridging the gap between traditional education and the evolving needs of the workforce. Answering the call starts with having Rob speak to your organization.
This 90 second video explains:

In my view, the focus on STEM fields over Humanities and the Arts undervalues creative intelligences that are crucial to 'elevate and celebrate' in education and in preparation for our 21st Century workforce especially with trends advancing A.I. every day.

The Creativity Clarion Call offers a new educational paradigm to consider that values creativity, collaboration, and empathy across classrooms and organizations. This approach leads to enhanced innovation, improved collaboration, and greater adaptability, creating a more dynamic and successful future of possibilities.

If you are ready to revolutionize how we culturally value creative skills in education and the workplace, please schedule a 1:1 session with me to explore how the Creativity Clarion Call can transform your classroom or organization. This "talk was the highlight of the UMSL FTTC. I come from Meta among other tech in Seattle. They have guest speakers all the time and I'm confident this talk would be a great addition to the lineup.

Although Creativity is not in the "Core values" of any of these companies the outcomes; Patents and Innovations are dependent on Creativity."

Rob "gently encourages everybody to recognize not only their individual artistic spirit, but give over to the communal spirit of the artist's journey. I read the book to find out more about the art of scenic stagecraft; I came away with a reawakened heart to my own creative drive. This is a terrific, touching and fantastic piece of writing."
- Jeff Talbott, playwright, actor

"Rob Morgan's book is a love letter to the young designer, and a reminder that a designer is not just a person gifted with magical talent, but one who lives a livelong journey of observing, curating, reimagining, and reassembling the world around them."
- Jill Davis, associate professor/designer
--

"Robert Mark Morgan manages to touch on an analysis of process and growth we all experience or hope to, given the opportunity to work, collaborate and grow. He does this so well and without pretension. Simply revealing how we try to dig in and tell the story in a better way."
- Santo Loquasto, award-winning designer
